Service Description

Ayurveda is a truly holistic system, so in our initial consultation I will take an in-depth personal and medical history to help me get to the root of your problem. This will encompass your daily routines, diet, relationships, work life, sleep and exercise regimes. After the consultation you will receive a tailored plan with diet and lifestyle advice to move forward in your healing journey. This will usually some include herbal supplements, as well as how to take them.
